Terms & Conditions for E-design Services

All renderings and floor plans are conceptual in nature and are intended to set forth design intent and are not intended for structural or architectural purposes. E-design is a virtual design service only. E-design clients understand that communication is via online except when otherwise scheduled. Schroedl Interiors  is not responsible for any contractors, subcontractors, or trades performing any work from an E-design project. Schroedl Interiors is also not responsible for deliveries, assembly, installations, schedules or deadlines for work from an E-design project. Schroedl Interiors is not responsible for returns, damages or warranty issues for purchases made by the client in regards to an E-design project. All E-design services are non-refundable. Product sourcing is limited to the USA. Combination-use rooms may require additional fees. This will be determined on a case by case basis. Design work will only start upon receipt of the client service agreement, payment of fees, measurements, and client questionnaire. If changes are made by the client after the design has begun, additional fees may be required and documented in writing. Schroedl Interiors cannot guarantee the long term availability or price of products recommended in an E-design project.
